Huge shout out to Shawn Layton for nailing his FIRST check in with Taylor Lesch
Shawn is hitting the gym hard 5 days a week. Takes spin classes. He trains with me personally twice a week.
Shawn’s been active like that for quite some time. This proves how crucial a well structured diet is. There is only around 3lbs of difference in these photos. Taken around a week apart.
Let that sink in. 3lbs on the scale. But in the mirror, you’d guess a number 2-3x that. That’s the importance of a hypertrophy based training system. We’re recomposing the physique.
Body recomposition is a longer path. But ultimately one that has a higher net benefit long term. The next 6 weeks will be interesting to say the least. Very excited for the future.
