What a great evening at our Saturday Walk & Talk at Lake & Iron Fitness!
It was wonderful to have Mr. M and his wife join us as we spent time walking, talking, and building community. Mr. M also shared fresh bread with everyone, reminding us that the little acts of kindness often make the biggest impact.
We were also joined by Christian, an avid runner who is interested in helping start a running program at Lake & Iron Fitness. We're excited about the possibilities and look forward to seeing that grow.
Did you know? Mr. M has worked with Mike Tyson, bringing a lifetime of unique experiences and great stories to share.
Join us every Saturday evening at 7:00 PM for Walk & Talk. Everyone is welcome—whether you want to walk, connect with others, or simply enjoy being part of a positive community. We hope to see you there!
