My WTT Journey
Just under two years ago, I read a testimonial from a woman close to my age who wanted to do more than simply walk to fight the weight gain that can come with aging. I had never worked out with weights before, but I knew I wanted to learn and achieve what she had.
I reached out to Tim at WTT, and he invited me in for a tour. He told me to look around, and I remember saying, “That won’t do me any good because I don’t know what any of this equipment does. I want you to train me!” 😂
Fast forward 21 months, and I’m amazed at how far I’ve come. Tim still trains me three days a week and pushes me to be better, but he has taught me enough that I can now train legs and core on my own. My body has changed so much! I originally wanted to lose weight and get toned. Now my goal is to be strong and have great definition.
What I appreciate most about Tim is that he listens to your goals, encourages you, and challenges you to aspire to more. I honestly know I would struggle without his support and training. He has even connected his trainees with a nutrition expert to help complete the whole package.
And then there’s the WTT family. ❤️ I love my gym and the people there. They truly feel like family. I’ve had the privilege of watching so many people train and cheering them on at their competitions. I’m also proud of how clean and well-maintained the gym and equipment are.
I never imagined that almost two years ago I would be where I am today—or that I would have gained this much knowledge, strength, confidence, and love for fitness.
I’m so proud to be part of the WTT family! 💪❤️My WTT
