I have been a personal trainer since July of 2013.

Wife, Mommy and Dog Mom, IFTA Certified Personal Trainer, Best of Fayetteville Trainer 2018 and 2019. Why Training: Fitness is something I have been extremely passionate about for quite some time. I grew up saying, “I’m going to be one of those “workout people” you see on TV one day”. I have grown in my own fitness journey and that only ignites my passion to want to spread my knowledge and experti

se to my clients. My clients have become part of my family. I have bonds that will last forever! I have been able to help people stop medications, worked with clients pre and post surgeries, lose weight, prepare for a specific event, feel good about themselves and the list goes on! Fitness is something that will never stop evolving and neither will I or my clients who decide to take on their fitness journey with me. It’s a forever rewarding career and for that I am very grateful for and is something I will never take for granted.

Just getting ahead here because I am a planner…IF the weather they are predicting DOES come then I will be reaching out over the weekend to go ahead and get whoever is scheduled next Monday (the 26th) rescheduled 🫠 I do not have to leave my house but YOU all do. If you’re virtual we will get that figured out regardless 👍🏻and if you’re still working and still want to come then alrighty then ☺️ Safety is my main concern…IF the weather comes.

Viral protein muffins! 🤩

Kodiak muffin mix - we used chocolate chip
1 Vanilla oikos yogurt
1 Vanilla fairlife protein shake
2 eggs
I also added some white chocolate chips of my own too. We used Lily’s White Chocolate Chips.

Baked at 350 for 20 mins. I checked them at 15 mins but they weren’t ready. The extra 5 mins was perfection! 👌🏻

Made 12 regular sized muffins and they are SO GOOD! 😋 and I might add, they are toddler approved. Kinley liked them too! 🥰

Protein Hamburger Helper!

Banza Mac n Cheese (follow the box to cook)
Lean ground beef (we used 96/4)
Siete Taco Seasoning

Cook the mac n cheese, brown your meat and add in the taco seasoning. Put it all together! That’s it and yall, it’s so good! Add a little Texas Pete!
