We had two aces from the same team yesterday. Hole 8 swingset hole ace from Duane Dowd
And the island hole 11 ace from David Hardwicke And the doubles round went to a playoff. It was exciting times!

We recently closed on an additional 54 acres connected to the already existing 18 hole course, PineStraw Ranch. We plan on installing another course, “Taplin Pines”.

The 1st picture is the parking lot that will be located off of Heyward Wilson rd.

We are currently talking to some companies about forestry mulching. It’s going to cost us about $750 for 4 hours of this work, if anyone in the DG community has any connections, it’s greatly appreciated.

I also need 18 more baskets (eventually) and some help with labor for teepads and maintenance.

Big things are coming!

With all the recent rain we’ve had, I’m happy to say my course is very dry still! We were blessed with good drainage.

Tory Morton with the 1st ace we’ve had on hole 5!! Congrats!

Improvements have been made recently. Stumps have almost all been removed. Course is looking the best it’s ever looked. Thank you to the help we have had!

Our course is still open.
Please no groups of 4 or more. Please practice social distancing while playing. I can disinfect baskets upon request.
Jillian and I are still working full schedules, so tee times will be much easier to make on the weekends, but can possibly be done during the week if your flexible.

This is also a great time for course work. I can always use some extra hands. I’m willing to pay in plastic, and if your struggling financially right now, I can compensate in cash for help on the course. Reach out to me if your interested in helping.
