I'm not the agent who discovered Hilton Head last year and printed business cards.

I've been here for over three decades. My clients become neighbors. Some of them I've helped twice — once when they bought their second home, again when they decided to make it their first.

That's the thing about this market. People arrive for a vacation and start doing math in their heads. What would it cost? What's the resale history? What's the insurance situation really like?

Those are my questions too. I'm an economist by training. I think in data. But I also know which houses catch the eastern light at 7am — and why that matters more than the square footage.

Greetings Friends, Family, & Past fellow Students, of this thing called LIFE

My book is out and soon hello world. Humbly a quick synopsis of it, part Biography, Testimony, a Wild Story, and a Witness worth telling. Everyone has a story, this one is uniquely mine.

A nobody, telling everybody, about a somebody in a humanistic child like simplicity. My purpose is clearly written in chapter 1. To summarize is to help many people and I am humbled by the reviews i have received thus far.

A diverse first book that has something for everyone to resonate with. My hope and prayer is that this helps someone if not many. It will make you tear up, laugh a bit, ponder and think and take a self check.
