Staff members at the Easton PA campus worked on Gong Li Taolu, Power Form.

This Form is difficult as it uses a lot of 3rd Rhythm movements, when combined with breathing, Qigong, and strength movements, Li Gong, the Form requires a lot of concentration to make sure the moments are all correct.

Slowing it down to the speed of Taiji really challenges your balance. Your endurance improves by performing this Form in Four Corners and Eight Corners.

Master Zhao, Zeren has passed away. He was teaching push hands skills to some students at his home and suffered a heart attack.

He died at the hospital in Beijing, he was Master Zhang’s kung fu brother under Grandmaster Wong.

I have trained with him several times when he came here for seminars, sadly I will never be able to test his one finger skill.
