FASST & LEAN adult fitness is the newest program offered by Lehigh Valley's premier sports performance facility FASST Perfomance. FASST & LEAN offers group and personal training focusing on functional strength, core, mobility and aerobic conditioning using free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sleds and much more. The workouts are for anyone new to working out or are a gym rat looking for a fun and dynamic workout.
