THe page is created to solely gain awareness. This club is designed to introduce everyone to the amazing world of Crossfit! Crossfit is high intensity, constantly varied, functional movements! Combining olympic lifting, power lifting, gymnastics and cardio. This club will teach the members of the club the basics in all movements as our President and creator will be a certified Crossfit trainer in

weeks coming. Leave your ego at the door! We are here to help make people better and help improve their fitness so they feel good about themselves. We will be a community that supports each other and cheers each other on once we have finished our workouts. No egos. GUy the club will be official hopefully in the coming weeks get excited! More details coming soon! And yes the head trainer is Crossfit Level 1 Certificate holder
