Well shake down trip with the Warrior for 2026 on Lake Ontario is in the books!! Lisa AmabileLisa Hain Lisa MaxofClinton joined me. There is no one else I would rather spend the day with than her.
Lisa did a great job landing Lake Ontario’s bounty. Brown trout after brown trout made their way to the net. Looks like we are in for a hell of a season judging from the amount of fish today. Many 3 year old trout and a good mix of 1-2 year olds also. Even 4 cisco came to play.
Baby Smithwicks, standard smithwicks in fire tiger and jailbreak on inline boards were the ticket.
Key today was working the edges of the real dirty water in 9-14 fow. Speed didn’t matter today just get the lure wet and they bit it!
