1st Round Breakdowns with Viking 🗡️. Vikings is an OG started training with Kru Dennis back in 2017 or 2018 at the old Phillipsburg location. We need to work on smoothness, little more flow, but the good news is he’s got that dog in him. 🐶 😡

1st Round Breakdowns with Tim, Timbo, Timmeeh! Tim‘s been working on his kicks. Seems to be just a flexibility issue. We have various drills we use to combat that and I might put it in a video. 1st Round Breakdowns with Justice. Justice is a teenager so the ball busting is toned down. Very good, tall, and has a unique defense. 🤢🤮. We’ve worked on the lead kick and now just need to use the jab and teeps more I think. Good job buddy looking sharp!
