Some needed TLC for a pair of SSR's. The 125 semi auto got swapped for a new 125 manual complete with new clutch perch, cable and levers, valve clearances set, carb tuned, and complete vehicle maintenance. The 150 received a new clutch pack, timing check, valve lash set, and endless carb tuning. Ended up installing and tuning a new 28mm Nibbi carburetor to get her right. Full maintenance and plastic's being properly secured on both and we have two great lil' rippers! (Nibbi install not shown in pics as was done at owners home)

The 05' YFZ450 top end rebuild. No cheap off brand piston on this build. An Athena cylinder kit, a Wiseco 95mm piston, and KPMI titanium valves/springs! Bottom end was already solid with a Hotrods crank. Lot's of measuring and shimming later the valve lashes were set to spec. Wired in a sealed switch for the radiator fan and Engine Ice to keep her cool! New oil and filter and a few cranks later she fired up! Probably gonna rebuild the carburetor next, be the smart move on a build like this!

A 1966 Evinrude TwinSki 33HP Outboard. Definitely don't build them like they use to! Repaired the lower end from a previous service centers mistake from removing the shift pivot pin. Customer was appoaching the dock and was stuck in gear, ended with the boat on the dock! All safe now. Completely rebuilt the carb, replaced fuel pump and lines, replaced water pump assembly lower end filled with new gear oil, every pivot point lubed or greased. Best part is that most all parts are brand new "old" stock from 66'', so cool! She runs like champ and is ready for another 58 years of service 😏

A 92' RMX250 brought back to riding conditions. 1st she was fully cleaned and degreased. Then the exhaust was mounted with custom mods and sealed with new o-rings. Trashed rads replaced with new and system filled with Engine Ice. Carb cleaned, rebuilt and hooked to new throttle cable and housing which again required some custom mods. New fuel/vent lines, some electrical repairs and cleaning up, a maintenance check, and a bunch of kicks she fired up! A lil carb tuning and then rode her around 😀. Ready for her plastics makeover lol
