Crooked River Archers, J.O.A.D Crooked River Archers is a sanctioned USA Archery JOAD Club serving archers from 8 - 80. November-April we move to an indoor range.

The Cleveland Archery Club in Cleveland, Ohio, is one of the oldest and largest JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) clubs in the country and is operated as Crooked River Archers exclusively by its dedicated and hardworking member volunteers. Youth and adult archers get the opportunity to learn proper shooting technique from USA Archery certified instructors in an environment that fosters foc

us, increased self-confidence, patience, and team building skills. Archery is a sport that is open to everyone; it is inclusive of all ages, genders and abilities. Athletes with physical or cognitive impairments, who may otherwise be dissuaded from participating in sports can participate in archery alongside athletes without any disability. Whether your goal is to just get out and socialize or be active, or to make a U.S. Paralympic or World Championship Team, archery is a sport that lends itself to any need. Club members shoot every Saturday morning year round (with the exception of certain holidays throughout the year). From May-October we meet at the outdoor York Road Archery Range in the Brecksville Reservation of the Metroparks.
