It’s time to make a change. I’m going on an 18 month fitness journey. Starting off at 5’11” and 260 pounds. The goal is 215 with very little muscle loss. This will be done through strict diet, intense workouts, low impact cardio, and of course as always all natural supplements. Thought I better add a photo of my workout physique just to let you know the start line.
