After careful consideration, we have decided to continue teaching online for the entire summer.

It is our utmost priority to have everyone’s well-being in mind and we do not believe that opening with limited capacity and distancing restrictions in a mixed-use building is the best choice for us, our students, or our families.

We will continue to work as hard as ever to offer online classes and lessons that fit everyone's needs, as well as try to find ways for us to continue to connect in a remote fashion, and we will do so until it feels safe to return to our studio in Eastworks.

We miss everyone's 3-dimensional bodies in our space. ❤ Lindsay and Nicole

9 Years Ago today we finished setting up our studio and we opened our doors on April 4th. Today, we taught via the internet. It's different teaching from home but we are so glad to still be connecting with our students and each other on a daily basis. Happy Anniversary, Renew Pilates.

Towels are rolled, the balls are inflated, we are ready to go!
