A HUGE shoutout to Rene and the entire team! 🌲👏

I have genuinely never been more impressed!

As many of you know, Cliff Pond was closed for much of this season. Between a tough winter, several significant storms, and our recent nor’easter, the ground surrounding our rental outfitter shed had deteriorated considerably, creating serious structural concerns.

I’ve shared photos with Rene from over the years documenting the deterioration last night at 8:48 PM to explain just how serious things had become.

He responded almost immediately, promising to take care of it.

Little did I know, by 2 PM TODAY, less than 24 hours later, the repairs were COMPLETE! He even sent me photos!

Absolutely incredible. This speaks volumes about Rene’s leadership and the dedicated team working alongside him.

My message to everyone who enjoys Nickerson: If you see something that needs attention, SPEAK UP! The staff genuinely cares and works hard to make our park better.

As we enter the off-season, please be patient and understanding of reduced staffing. Not everything can be fixed overnight, but this team is always working to improve the park we all love.
