We are a traditional Chinese Kung fu system, we are not a made up mixed together style, our history traces back over 700 years.

We teach effective self defense, we do not teach sport or tournament nonsense. We have Kicks, Strikes, Joint Locks and Throws, practical kicks not theatrical like Tae Kwon Do, effective Joint Locks and Throws, not rolling around on the floor like Jiu Jitsu, effective strikes in both Long Range and Short Range like Boxing, all this and more without mixing like MMA.

We are a traditional Chinese Kung fu system, we teach effective self defense not sport or tournament fighting.

We teach joint blocking skills, sweeps, throws like you see in Jiu Jitsu and Judo. We have practical kicking skills not theatrical like Tae Kwon Do. Short range defense like Boxing and Wing Chun and we not mix arts like MMA.

All this and more is taught in our system which is over 700 years old. Our art is Northern Dragon Kung fu which also has an Internal side teaching Qigong and Taiji.

Today was a special day at our Wuquan, I accepted three Instructors into their Baishi Disciple ceremony into the Lineage of the Yin Cheng Gong Fa.

Four Instructors have been promoted into the rank of Master Level, three from our East Windsor campus and Shifu Paul of our Flemington NJ campus whose Baishi and Chinese name are being reviewed.

Of special note, this is the first time (not counting myself) that we have promoted Instructors into the Master Level and the first time in the 700 year history of our system that we have had a female Master Level, congratulations to you all and to Master Ally! 🐲🐲🐲

We do not teach sport or tournament skills, our students earn their ranks, our skills are not watered down for speed promotions!

We have kicks like Tae Kwon Do but they are practical not theatrical. We have effective joint locking skills and throws like Jiu Jitsu and Judo we call these Chin Na and Shui Jiao.

We have effective short range skills like Boxing, all this and more taught in one system without have to mix or jump around to multiple styles like MMA.

We have short range hand skills like you see in boxing. All of this taught in one system without having to mix like in MMA.
