We also offer over 26 customized courses from traditional Northern and Southern Lion Dancing, Kids in Kung fu, Yang style Taiji, Qigong, The 7 Military Classics of Ancient China (of which Sun Tzu is one) and Legal Implications of Self-defense just to name a few. The Shaolin Kung fu Institute prides itself in teaching the traditional skills and techniques of the Northern Dragon kung fu style in an unbroken line of successors to the founder of our system, Great Grandmaster Shao, Muyang in the 1300's. Northern Dragon kung fu is a very effective self-defense system, we do not teach tournament nonsense, ineffective and dangerous theatrics, flash or tricking type skills. We teach self-defense, we practice kung fu.
