With heavy hearts, we share that my brother Samuel has passed away. This has been the most painful time for our family, and we are still trying to process this loss.
My mom never left his side and was there with him until the very end. She has taken time off work to be with him and now to grieve, and we want to continue supporting her during this incredibly difficult time.
We are keeping this GoFundMe active to help ease the financial burden so she can focus on healing without added stress. Any support, whether through donations, sharing, or prayers, means more to us than we can express.

Lights Out Boxing would just like to congratulate Jacob on Winning the Washington State Golden Gloves Championship and on top of that, being honored with the Golden Boy Award. (Outstanding Boxer) He moves on the the multi-state Regional tournament in April. If he wins that, he will qualify to compete in the National Golden Gloves Championships in May. The National Golden Gloves is the most prestigious tournament in America where many hall of fame great boxers like Muhammed Ali, Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather, sugar Ray Robinson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Oscar De La Hoya, and other greats made their mark. Jacob is doing something special.

Congratulations to the Washington State Silver Gloves team on winning the Regional Championship. LightsOut Boxing Gym has hosted the Washington State Championship tournament for the last four years and the participation and talent has grown each year. The results speak for itself. For the first time ever, Washington won the Regional tournament consisting of Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. The effort put out by the boxers, coaches, and organizers is amazing. Congratulations to all.

We stay true to the old saying "You must learn to crawl before you can walk". At LightsOut Boxing we take our time to build the strongest foundations to help elevate your skills. As we prepare to welcome the new year, our boxers are hard at work staying focused. Ava it tuning things as she embarks her journey and will be representing Washington State and Region 7 at this years 59th Silver Gloves National Event in Independence Missouri. Ava set her goal when she embarked her boxing endeavors and never veered from the course. She has accepted every challenge and continued to put in countless hours to prepare her for her every step in this journey. If you have a desire to achieve great success there is only one way to get there and it is to out the work everyone even when you feel like giving up. Ava is a testament to our foundation, and our training methods that with the right game plan and the STRICT FUNDAMENTALS you too can represent yourself in a natinal event. The misconception of boxing many have is that they learn while sparring and well we coaches know that is 100% false. Boxers tend to repeat the same motion hundreds of times before it becomes natural to them. So much that we can't coach them to do it wrong.

Good afternoon all followers, we have some exciting news!!! LightsOut Boxing has been busy with competitions and have been hard at work getting our boxers ready for Sr Golden Gloves and Reginals Silver Gloves. We wanted to address some questions that we have heard and that is if we are still open? YES, LightsOut Boxing Gym is still in full swing, with more than 50 plus years of combined experience we could not let our knowledge go. We have relocated our gym as many of you might or not know but we are still coaching our style of boxing. We are happy to announce that Ivan Pulido is our new head coach!!!! He himself boxed and learned the skills under the toolidge of coach Dan just like coach Maira did. We are looking forward to interacting with our community and inviting you to learn the LightsOut Boxing style of Boxing. Blow are some accomplishments we have achieved with some of our boxers and you too could be on the podium. ( we are accepting new boxers for the upcoming season ).
