Good morning! Just a quick note to remind folks that Zumba is still being offered two days a week - Tues/Thurs 10-11am. Also, if you haven’t checked out Ello Sunshine’s page, or Energize-Me Nutrition, check them out, they have some great events coming up, including a community game night!

Although this is Sewfit’s last day as a gym, we hope that you all know how much you mean to us, and how much we hope that you continue to visit when you can after we open in the new year as an art emporium. Please, if you haven’t yet, check out Energize-Me Nutrition (which will remain open!), and Ello Sunshine (which will be opening the art emporium and workshop!) here on Facebook. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and all the joys in life. Thank you all for the love and support you have shown us these past few years!

Kids’ party!

Kids’ Christmas Paint Party! DECEMBER 1 @ 4:30pm. This is to be held at Sewfit Wellness Ctr/Energize-ME 484 Gardiner Rd, Wales. We will have a jolly time painting gingerbread houses! $10 per child includes a little surprise bag to take home! You must sign up in advance by messaging, calling or stopping by!
