The North County Land Trust has asked the Templeton Conservation Commission to act as a conservation partner for a future project in town if they can obtain a grant. A trapper has been hired for work at the Depot Pond and King Phillip Trail dams to control beaver activity. Templeton remains in a Level 2 Significant Drought Status.

2. Minor Modification Request - 186 South Road (OOC 304-0394) for the addition of a shed.
3. COC Request - 50 Shore Drive (304-0395) for the removal of a deck and the construction of an addition.
4. Extension Request - Crotty Ave Pump Station (OOC 304-0382)
5. RDA - 41 Walnut Street for a detached garage in the BZ. The request is to determine whether the activity depicted in the plans is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and its regulations.
6. RDA continued - Map/Parcel 3-07-200 trail improvements. The request is to determine whether the activity depicted in the plans is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and its regulations.
7. RDA continued - Baldwinville Road (Map/Parcel 5-06-44). The request is to determine whether the area depicted on the plans is subject to jurisdiction of the WPA, and, to determine whether the boundaries of resource area(s) depicted on the plan are accurately delineated.
