NEW Beginner 6 Week Class: Tuesday, September 13th 6-7:30 pm. Have you heard of Tai Chi but not really sure if it is for you? Or you have talked about it but the idea of joining a club or committing to a new activity right about now seemed to be too much? $60 The good news is this beginner's class is ONLY 6 weeks AND... there's NO HOMEWORK!! Now that's a great way to try something out, not be overwhelmed with worrying about keeping up with something new, and you can do this in a great studio space with a welcoming group of people who love Tai Chi! Some of the health benefits of a regular practice of Tai Chi include increasing physical balance, strength and endurance. The repetitive nature of learning the forms helps to increase concentration and quits the mind...students find that coming to class builds a base of confidence and a restorative sense of calm and well being.
