🚨 BIG NEWS FOR VERMONT SUPPRESSOR BUYERS 🚨
As of this week's federal court ruling, suppressor purchases through our Silencer Shop kiosk no longer require a Form 4, fingerprints, photos, or the months-long ATF wait. No more NFA registration process.
Here's what that means for you:
✅ No Form 4
✅ No fingerprints or photos
✅ No ATF approval wait
✅ No registry entry
You'll still complete a standard Form 4473 and NICS background check — same as buying any other firearm — and Vermont's 72-hour state waiting period still applies before you can take it home. But the federal paperwork nightmare that suppressor buyers have dealt with since 1934 is gone.
