The Rocks fell short last night 20-0 against Seaford. Everyone gave it their all and the kids can be proud of thier season. We thank everyone that came out to support us last night and other games as well and it was truly a memorable moment to see the community out in force! Despite the pain and loss, in time everyone will learn to appreciate the success and lessons learned this year! Till next year everyone!

Lots of information this week with the playoff game this Friday but here is the info for the third annual alumni game

The Rocks 3rd Annual Charity Flag Football game at ERHS will take place WEDNESDAY, November 27 @ 7:00pm, sign in starts a 6:00.

For insurance reasons we are playing the game as an ER Recreation event. If you plan on playing you will need to sign a waiver that night that includes a $10 insurance fee paid to the ER Rec separate from your $25 minimum donation. Please bring your donation in form of cash. If you are going to join us and not play, just bring $25. If you can not make it but would still like to donate you can Venmo!

We will be wearing our JV game jerseys(black and white). You are welcome to bring your old jersey if you have one. Old Timers black(2012 & older) Young Guns white(2013 & younger).

Game will be filmed, officiated, and announced. The money raised will be given to local families in need during this holiday season. Hope to hear from you. It is going to be a GREAT NIGHT!

If you have not confirmed via text just message the account so we can place you on a team and prepare.

A little delayed but the Rocks (5-3) defeated West Hempstead (4-4) 28-14 on Friday night! The Rocks will HOST a quarterfinal game this Friday 11/8 at 6:30pm against Seaford! Let’s make plans to come out and pack the house and support your Rocks in their playoff rematch with Seaford!

Hi everyone! The Rocks are once again looking for an alumni football player to speak to the team before this Fridays game! It’s a tradition we do weekly but sometimes it is challenging to find a speaker due to daily obligations for everyone. If anyone would like to volunteer or knows someone please reach out to this page and I can pass on the information or provide more details! It’s a great experience for the speaker as well as the team!

Unfortunately the Rocks had a tough loss last night. They fell to CSH 42-6. It just wasn’t they’re night from the start. The Rocks (4-3) will try and bounce back Friday night November 1st against West Hempstead (4-3)That game is also senior day for our senior football players and the Rocks will again be playing for a home playoff game! Mark your calendars!

GAME DAY! The 4-2 Rocks travel to 6-0 Comd Spring Harbor for a 7pm kickoff! If you’re in the area or able to make the drive they would love the support! Tonight’s game is looking to be another special one as the Rocks try to earn a home playoff game!

I have been waiting a long long time for this post. It is with great pride that I happily announce the East Rockaway Rocks (4-2) defeated the Seaford Vikings (3-3) by a score of 28-7. It was their first victory against Seaford in the last 20 years since 2004. The Rocks trailed 7-6 at halftime but rallied to score 22 unanswered points in the second half! It was Rocks football at its finest! The Rocks move on next week to face undefeated Cold Spring Harbor on the road Friday night. Go Rocks!

The Rocks (3-2) host the Seaford Vikings (3-2) at 6:30 at home. Please come support the team and let’s fill the stands! This is a huge game and the expectations are high on this team. This is lining up to be a good one with huge playoff implications for both teams!! GO ROCKS!

The Rocks dominated thier matchup with Island Trees amassing over 400 total yards of offense and scoring on defense as well! The final score was 48-8. The Rocks (3-2) have a monster matchup with the Seaford Vikings (3-2) at home next Friday night!!

Huge game for the rocks tonight at 7pm at Island Trees High School. Coming off a surprising showing against Wantagh the Rocks look to power thier way firmly into the conference four playoff picture! Come out and support your Rocks if you’re in the area!

The Rocks fell last night 55-16 against Wantagh. First points Wantagh has given up all year. They held a 8-6 lead halfway through the second quarter and the game was closer than the score indicates. It was a great game but a loss regardless. The Rocks have a short week and look to climb back above .500 on the road against the Island Trees Bulldogs Thursday night.
