Happy 2023! We hope you all enjoyed the holiday season.

OUR REGULAR CLASS, TEAM PRACTICE, AND SPECIAL EVENT SCHEDULE RESUMES TODAY.

Make-up classes will be issued for our Saturday and Sunday missed classes from December 31st and January 1st. Please schedule make-up classes with us by calling 516-887-6600 during normal business hours.
