Today I decided to spend the next 100 days going upside down.

Not because I’m training for anything.

Not because I’m trying to be great at handstands.

Because I still love gymnastics.

Because movement matters.

Because play matters.

Because I want to stay curious, strong, and brave enough to try.

The word Renaissance means rebirth, revival or renewed interest.

For more than 20 years, I’ve watched kids discover confidence by trying things they weren’t sure they could do.

Maybe this is my turn.

Five upside downs a day.
One hundred days.

Let’s see what happens. 💕

Behind every athlete are the people who make it possible — parents juggling schedules, grandparents helping with carpool, siblings tagging along, and families showing up week after week.

That kind of love is easy to recognize.

Teammates wait their turn, encourage one another, and celebrate progress.

Gymnastics love doesn’t live in one generation.

This is me and my mom — who stood beside me as a gymnast, supported me as I built RGA, and later showed up for my daughter’s gymnastics journey too.
Gymnastics has always been more than skills or medals.

It’s about learning to show up.
For ourselves.
And for each other.
Share the Love doesn’t end.
It carries forward. 💗

To the parents and grandparents sitting in the lobby, doing carpool, adjusting ponytails, and quietly cheering from the sidelines — thank you for showing up.

Our Love Letters to Gymnastics 💗

Over the past few weeks, our gym has been filled with heart choices, balloons, and handwritten notes — words about courage, confidence, friendship, resilience, and feeling at home.

This is what More Than Cartwheels looks like.

Share the Love doesn’t end today — it settles in.

It shows up in how we train, how we show up for ourselves, and how we support one another every day.
