Someone at the checkout today saw my Capoeira Training Club hoodie and asked me:

“Is Capoeira a dance or a martial art?”

We've got some thrilling news for you. This Monday (July 22) and Wednesday (July 24), we're welcoming a special guest instructor, Valet, to lead our Afro-Flow: Capoeira Moves & Grooves classes!
