The only USITF affiliated school in the Susquehanna Valley. We practice the Chang Hon patterns that General Choi Hong Hi and his original black belts (founder/father of modern day Taekwon-Do) set down back in 1955. Taekwon-Do is the Korean martial art of self defense. At MIKE LOUIE'S TAEKWON-DO SCHOOL we focus on the traditional aspects of Taekwon-Do; mind, body and spirit. Through these fundament

als we work on speed, power, accuracy, concentration, balance, discipline, self esteem and self confidence. Through basic training techniques, patterns, self defense, step sparring, and mental training you will become a better person in today's world. Mike Louie, V Dan, has been involved in Taekwon-Do since 1978 and has been teaching since 1992. At our two locations we teach family is utmost importance as well as helping your community.
