2025 ICC Baseball Spring Training Academy
Parents & Campers,
New to this year, ICC Baseball is offering a “Spring Training Camp”. This camp will provide weekly pitching/throwing instruction with arm care. In addition, we will also offer a hitting session including tee drills, soft toss, front toss and pitching machine work. These lessons will be conducted by ICC Head Coach Brett Kelley, ICC Assistant Coach, Ryan Camp, and former Major League Strength and Conditioning Coach, Rob Helmick. Camp is open to students age 8-18.
Sessions will be one hour long this year and are limited to 16 students per session (16 for throwing/16 for hitting). Pitching/throwing sessions will include arm care, throwing progression and long toss, post throwing arm care, and flat ground/bullpens for pitchers. We will also work footwork and throwing for position players.
Hitting sessions will include tee work and sequences, soft toss, front toss, and machine work off the state of the art, ICC Baseball pitching machines.
Cost of the Academy is a one time, $40 enrollment fee (Check made to ICC Baseball, 1 College Drive, East Peoria, IL 61635) and $30 per week for 1 session or $50 per week for hitting and throwing (Cash preferred). Please keep the enrollment fee separate from the weekly $30/$50. Please check your preferred time. We will place you in the available time slot closest to your preferred time if the slot is filled. It will be on a 1st return basis. This Academy is limited to 16 participants per time slot. Dates are: Jan 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, and Feb 2nd.
