BOTTOM LINE TO THE REORGANIZATION PLAN:

BOCES and ultimately NYSED (do not be fooled) will pool resources from all districts and special education programs will be placed in different districts. Your child will be bussed to whichever district houses their particular program.

From the letter superintendent Moyer released, it seems that he and likely the Board is in favor of the reorganization plan. So far, 15 districts have written letters in opposition to the plan. Once the district relinquishes local control, parental input is over.

SPECIAL EDUCATION PARENTS PLEASE READ

Special ed impact of the BOCES NYSED reorganization plan.

For special Ed when the question was asked, it was said that the Board of regents will do an interchangeable model for resources across regionalized districts including swapping kids (based on resources)

Shared services could mean anything based on how the reg is written. There is no specificity.

For example:

Teachers
Programs
ELL
IB
AP
Any electives
Buses
Fields
Assets
Money
Science labs
Equipment
Drivers Ed
Test prep programs
Curriulum writing

BOCES would be the intermediary between state initiatives and implementation in districts.

Since the regulation is an emergency it means it’s active now with no public comment. There is a timeline in the regulation.

Any questions should be emailed to our Board with a copy to Nassau Suffolk School Board Association and BOCES.

The first picture is clean unvaccinated blood. The plasma at the top is free of any blood clots. The other pictures are of vaccinated blood. The top portion (plasma) after the blood is separated contains white fibrous material which are clots.
What's troubling is that the Red Cross uses all the blood (plasma and Whole blood) while the company "ONE BLOOD" asks if you've had the covid 19 shot because they will NOT use the plasma (which may contain clots). People need to be informed.
