No magic tricks, no extreme diets—just simple, effective strategies anyone can follow:

🍽 Eat in a caloric deficit (I use MyFitnessPal to track everything)
🥩 200g of protein per day to build and preserve muscle
🏋️‍♂️ 4-5 strength training sessions a week to burn fat and get stronger
🚶‍♂️ 10,000 steps per day for daily activity and better fat loss
