Happy New Years to all our native Maine camp friends, many of whom will probably be spending their New Years “Up Ta Camp” I think Wayne and Brenda Correira would agree that was probably one of our greatest New Year memories when Claire and I spent New Years with them at Rocky Lake Camp. Had gotten about 4 or 5 inches of fresh snow that evening, full moon, no wind, 28 degrees or so, we left camp around 11:30 with bottle of champagne on route on 4 wheelers after eating prime rib and lobster at camp. It was like stepping foot into a virgin forest! I believe we also went to Purely Grays camp on Round Lake (now Jerry Woods camp) along with Bill and Mary Hammond and others, was just awesome! Thanks Friends for the great memories. 😘
