We demonstrate how to break through a training plateau using static holds. I'm working with my client Kathy, whom I've been training for 22 years. We're performing a static hold with over 100 pounds for 15-20 seconds to stimulate muscle growth. By engaging multiple muscle groups during this exercise, other weights will feel significantly lighter, helping you progress past your current fitness plateau.
