I'm grateful for being alive 🙏🏼. Last year on February 4th I had a major work accident were witnesses said my head , neck and back should have not sustained the impact from a panel I was struck by that was released by a Co worker who tested dirty for illegal substances. The panel weighing about 200 pounds came down from the ceiling from approximately 20 feet overhead. The panel nailed me directly on the top of my head and wrecked me righteously brain dead , tweaked my neck and shoulder. Dropped me to my knees. Thee impact felt like a stick of Dynamite went off in my head. By the grace ✨️ of God here I am doing 🙏🏼 ✨️ what I believe God has me doing working with kids , youth, and adults. None the less things are not the same and symptoms have created daily life challenges that I am learning much about. Moral of the story is the body has memory to what it has been doing for half my life. The brain is always learning, registering and growing and that's where the challenge starts from my head injury. Hard to explain but grateful 🙏🏼 for everything and the fact to still be here. Oss karate bud's
