Why would you like to come to retreat with us? As my questioner showed me most of people wants to join retreat just to spend time with cool people and travel. So good news 🙌 Good company and beautiful places are the base of our trips . But ! 🥳The main goal of my retreats is to plant seeds of better habits and life style for you.
Combination of some elements that regular trips don’t have will help with that.
Yoga don’t have to be hard or boring . It can be interesting exploration of the body, its possibilities and learn to hear its needs.
Energy work and meditation practices will open new perception of who you are and that there is something in you beyond physic body ,thoughts or emotions . You can find answers about why certain things happen in your life and how to deal with that.
Food ! Important part of our lives. How do you feed your body? With what it really needs or according to social trends or impulses? Can you understand what your body needs or just create a menu from whatever is available at that rushing moment ? In retreat you might be surprised how energized and happy you can feel yourself when you eat right food.

There is no energy in the past or future. Past or future exists only in our minds. Doubts, fears or imaginary pictures that may never happen. Only present moment consists all energy. When we remember traumas from or past , have fears or even feel very exited about something that might happen our brain just recreate the vibration using an energy from NOW in our head but not in the body. That’s why when something that we’ve been waiting for long time happens we don’t feel nothing.
And now think , is it worthy to sacrifice the present, deprive happiness and emotions with being stuck in illusion if you can direct it to what you have in front of you and grow it. Pulling this energy to the present moment we can really experience fully the bliss of moment. Mind will play games and circle around till we get back to the real feeling of gratitude for being here now and then we will be able to stay in an easy flow of life enjoying it’s gifts.

Imagine everything that happened or you have in your life would come to you in different order or some of it didn’t even happen at all. People, work, places , social conditioning and anything that is important to you. How would your life change till now ?
Would you still make same choices with new linearity of events or you would have completely different experience and life ?
What do carry in your heart from your past from place to place , from relationship to relationship . Is it some priceless and beautiful feeling ,experience or it’s just a some outdated information or emotion that burdens , feeding fears , don’t give an opportunity to live happily in present and fogs a future?
Imagine your life as computer. There are a lot of opened folders ( your life events). A lot of them happening right now but some of them your forgot to close and it’s just draining an energy but between so many folders you don’t even see forgotten ones and why computer glitches or battery is dieting so fast.
You can easily recognise in your system called life when you’re starting to have repetitive thoughts, situations, energy draining. Sometimes it’s even hard to track logically what’s wrong cause we used to have one persecution on things and it worked for us some periods but with the new update for your brain things changedand you’re trying to take a same track which is completely doesn’t fit for new you. Your inner matrix is changing all the time. Inner chemistry that you might not even be aware of. That’s how we attract different things and people to our life.
But good news you still have your powerful computer. There are a lot of important and beautiful folders from your past which is your skills, personality , all good things that creates a beautiful image of your life. And now imagine that you removed all those glitches from your system and put an any update. How fast your computer will work and how much more of a nice and different experience it will create for you ?
