This off-season (NOVEMBER-DECEMBER), Plex Baseball will host 3 separate Baseball Academies.

Plex Youth Academy (AGES 10-12)
Plex Youth Elite Academy (AGES 13-15)
Plex Elite Academy (AGES 16-18).

The Baseball Academies will run for 8 weeks (OCTOBER 31-DECEMBER 23) and will be run by some of the best instructors in New England.

EACH ACADEMY WILL FEATURE 5 CLINICS:

Hitting Clinic
Infield Defense Clinic
Throwing Program: Arm Care, Mechanics, Athletic Throwing
Catching Clinic
Speed & Agility (10-12) OR Strength & Conditioning (13-15, 16-18)
