Selling, soliciting, posting signs or notices without permission. Ball golf, archery, model airplanes or rockets without permission. Enforcement:
No person shall fail to comply with any lawful order of the Thompson Park Superintendent or any of his agents or any law enforcement officer in the administration and enforcement of any of the park rules and regulations contained in any city ordinances or state law applicable to the protection of the health, safety, welfare and peaceable enjoyment of the park by the public and the preservation of the park property as per ordinances 165.03; 165.04; 165.05; 165.06; 165.99, and 509.15

Thompson Park board members and Park Superintendent Shawn Rybaczenko met with Joseph Moeglin today, Regional Urban Forester for the Division of Forestry, Ohio Department of Natural Resources. This exciting new connection will be a very valuable (free) resource for the park when it comes to grants and also establishing and maintaining a plan to care for our wealth of trees- both now and well into the future! 🌳🌲
