Lansing United

Lansing United Member of the United Womens Soccer league. 2018 & 2019 UWS Regular season Midwest Conference Champions.

Team owner Jeremy Sampson submitted an application for an expansion franchise and it was approved by the other Great Lakes owners in September 2013. After that, the community submitted names for the new franchise, and Lansing United was chosen. The club adopted the motto “Pride, Passion and Unity.” These values are displayed in the logo, with the star representing the pride, the flame representing

the passion, and the gear representing the unity. The franchise also selected the latin phrase “Coniunctis Viribus,” which means “with connected strength.” Ultimately, we are driven by one mission: to grow the game of soccer in the mid-Michigan area. We hope to provide an inexpensive form of entertainment for sports fans to enjoy each summer. We are excited to begin this journey and want to thank all who have supported Lansing United!

Come join us on June 26th at 6pm for Pride Night with Lansing Common FC, Lansing United, and Salus Center. This day represents the 6th anniversary of marriage equality, which is awesome, however we will use this platform to amplify the lives of trans youth.

Throughout the US and in Michigan anti-trans sports bills have been passed or are moving through the state legislature process. These bills are hateful, harmful and life threatening to our trans youth athletes.

This Pride Night will be a call to action to support our trans youth and trans youth athletes within MI and across the US.
