Gymnastics has long been treated like a sport with an expiration date — ending after high school, NCAA or Elite competition. But through the National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs (NAIGC), thousands of athletes are continuing to compete, reconnect with the sport, and even try gymnastics for the first time.

They used to say gymnastics had an “expiration date.” But the passion for the sport doesn’t end when high school does.

She’s an ELCD alum and still doing what she loves—now competing in college club gymnastics and dancing down the beam just like she did in red and black. ❤️🖤

As and once highlighted, the sport used to carry the idea of an “expiration date.” Athletes like her are proving that the love for gymnastics lasts far beyond graduation.
