As a seasoned athlete with a diverse background, including excelling in three varsity sports and earning All-State honors playing quarterback, as well as continuing to pursue my passion at the collegiate level, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my clients' athletic/fitness journeys. My transition into boxing further honed my discipline and resilience, culminating in winning the Golden Gloves state championship in 2022 as part of Team Glass in Lansing, Michigan. With a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential and guiding individuals through transformative fitness journeys, I am committed to providing personalized coaching, motivation, and support to empower clients and athletes alike to surpass their goals and reach new heights.

We focus on improving all aspects of play, including Technique, Footwork, Decision-Making, Leadership, and Mental Toughness. Through a comprehensive approach that combines film study with on-field drills, our program empowers athletes to hone their skills and build the confidence needed to excel on game day.
