Additional New Equipment Set To Arrive Soon At Northwind Health & Fitness!

We listen to our tenants! You wanted Northwind Health & Fitness to add even more new equipment and we did. Coming within the next 2 weeks, we will be adding the popular leg press machine! This has been a frequently requested piece of equipment.

We will also be adding additional dumb bells (heavier weights) along with kettle balls! You requested red light therapy? It's also coming soon!

Northwind Health & Fitness is open 24 hours/7 days per week and features state of the art equipment, stand up tanning booths and plenty of personal space to workout!
