🚨 Every Second Counts in a Large Animal Emergency. Are You Prepared? 🐴🚒

The Islip Horsemen’s Association is proud to host a Large Animal Emergency Rescue Seminar with Roger Lauze on Saturday, July 18th at A Bit Above.

Whether you’re a horse owner, first responder, veterinarian, animal control officer, farm owner, or equestrian professional, this hands-on seminar provides invaluable knowledge that could one day save the life of a horse and help keep rescuers safe.

🐴 Topics include:
✅ Large animal behavior during emergencies
✅ Safe handling and restraint techniques
✅ Trailer accidents and transportation emergencies
✅ Downed horse rescue techniques
✅ Specialized rescue equipment and proper use
✅ Incident scene safety and teamwork
✅ Hands-on rescue demonstrations and practical scenarios

Emergencies happen without warning. Having the right training can make the difference between a successful rescue and a tragic outcome. Learning from one of the industry’s most respected instructors gives participants the confidence and skills to respond safely and effectively when every moment matters.

📍 Location: A Bit Above – Riverhead, NY
📅 Date: July 18th
