For everyone who would like to train one on one, but you don’t have the time or you’re too far, we are in the process of creating online workout programs. It’ll be on an app called “Everfit Train Smart”. It can be downloaded for Apple and Android. We’ll be posting when the setup is completed. Super easy to use and easy to follow along. All programs specifically designed for YOU. Weekly check ins and weigh ins for accountability. Nutrition included as well! 💪🏼
