Our state of the art Cardio Deck features popular equipment such as Arc Trainers, Stairmasters, Concept Row Machines, Treadmills, and numerous Ellipticals. In addition, our ever popular Group Exercise Room is home to our famous high energy classes! Our classes motivate clients of all levels to achieve their fitness goals in

a fun, friendly environment. Also located on the upper level is our special CF circuit training area specially designed for clients who are in need of a fast paced and effective workout. The lower level facility is home to the club fitness training center. Some of the most popular items include heavy dumbbells, benches, power racks, and squat racks. We alos have kettlebells, battle ropes, rogue bumper plates, PLYO boxes, and Slam Balls for those who are looking to step outside the box in their workout. Feel the burn as you pedal away in one of our many CF Cycling Classes. After your done crushing calories, and melting body fat, refocus your mind in our hot saunas. We offer a variety of massage options so you can take that well deserved "me time" and relax that new toned body. The full service locker rooms will allow you to freshen up before you take on the world with the same gusto you used to get through that last set of squats. Before leaving make sure you refuel and recharge at our Shake Bar. Our tanning beds will give you that perfect look to compliment the latest in CF Apparel from our proshop.
