On June 25, 2026 Glenbrooke proudly participated in the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson to advocate the importance of teaching every child how to swim.
We are thrilled to have 73 children ages 6-14 are well on their way to becoming strong swimmers with the majority starting off as beginner swimmers at Glenbrooke.

Due to a stormy weather forecast for Wednesday July 1 FAMILY FUN NIGHT has been changed to THURSDAY July 2 from 4:30-7:30.

Please use the QR code on the flyer attached to RSVP as soon as possible. We will need a headcount to order all the pizza by Wednesday morning July 1.

STORM WEATHER ALERT FOR MONDAY!

Attention all Glenbrooke Kids Camp families…

Unfortunately, the Monday forecast for our first day of camp on June 22, 2026 is predicting thunderstorms.

We recommend that you make alternate arrangements for your child in case the forecast does not improve and it’s necessary to CANCEL CAMP FOR MONDAY JUNE 22.

We will notify you by email no later than 7 AM Monday morning June 22, 2026 if Camp has been canceled for the day.

Let The Summer Fun Begin 🌞

Glenbrooke will open for the season on Monday June 15 for a quick dip after school.

Open Swim from 4-5pm runs Monday June 15 - Friday June 19.

The children’s pool & the playground is also open from 4-7pm from June 15-19th.

Swim Team Preseason starts Monday June 15-Friday June 19 from 5pm-6pm for Juniors (ages 12 and under) and 6pm-7pm for Seniors (ages 13 and up)

All the swim team details were sent out on Tuesday June 9th by email and separate FB post.

Our summer schedule begins on Saturday June 20th!
Open Swim Saturday 1pm-7pm
And Sunday 1pm-4pm

Open Swim Monday through Thursday is 1:00-5:00 pm
Fridays 1:00-7:00pm
Saturdays 1:00-7:00pm
Sundays 1:00-4:00pm

In case of inclement weather always call the pool landline first to see if we are or will be open 860-568-2080

Evening swim lessons begin on Monday June 22nd starting at 5pm.
Those signed up for evening swim lessons will receive the start time of their child’s lesson BY EMAIL about 1 week before each session begins.

🏊Summer is Coming Quickly🌻

Swim Team Update!

The Glenbrooke Gators Swim Team will kickoff the Summer of 2026 on Monday June 15 at 5:00pm at Glenbrooke.

Pre-Season Practice will be held Monday June 15 through Friday June 19:
Juniors 12 & Under: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Seniors 13 & Over: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Parents of all swim team members will meet at 5:45pm on Monday June 15th for a brief meeting with Sarah Seals.

To register for swim team go to glenbrookesports.com.

Ages 13 and over can register for a Swim Team Only Membership.

Ages 12 and under there is no extra charge to be on the swim team with a Family Fun Pass.

STRICTLY OPTIONAL
All registered campers are also welcome on the swim team at no extra charge.
