After 9 unforgettable years, Empowered has officially closed its doors, and we’re choosing to celebrate everything this chapter has given us. These years have been filled with purpose, passion, and an incredible community that lifted one another up in every possible way.

Last month, I celebrated 25 years of teaching fitness, and while I know I’ll return to it someday, I’m giving myself the space to pause and reset before stepping into anything new. This next chapter is calling us to travel more, spend more time with family and friends, and devote our energy to volunteering and giving back.

To every single person who stepped into Empowered, thank you. You brought the heart, the joy, the connection, and the magic. Empowered wasn’t just a studio… it was a home.

Here’s to honoring what was, embracing what’s next, and finding excitement in the unknown.
