1. INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION
Every player has different strengths and weaknesses and requires a unique approach to improving. To start, each player is assessed to determine the best course to reach their potential. From there, players are constantly monitored via a variety of techniques to ensure they are moving in the right direction. Whether it be one on one or a small group, each player is trained according to their unique needs.
2. PROPER TRAINING TECHNIQUES
Owner Jimmy Sheppard has spent years researching and learning about proper mechanics and how to improve them. Baseball is filled with theories and hard held beliefs that simply aren't true. Elite Diamond Performance' motto is "train smarter" because training the correct way is paramount to improving your skills.
3. EDUCATION
Elite Diamond Performance is centered around teaching players, parents, coaches and instructors about the game. From learning proper mechanics to learning how to attract attention from scouts and coaches, Elite Diamond Performance is the place to go.
