At CKO Kickboxing, you will be burning fat and toning up by punching and kicking a real, hanging heavy bag. The resistance from hitting a hanging heavy bag burns more calories and tones your muscles up faster than if you were just punching and kicking the air. We keep the punches and kicks

basic to focus on the fitness aspect of the workout rather than the martial art itself. Since the class is for both beginners and advanced members, it is geared for each member to go at your own pace and build up your pace each class. This has been a very tough time for all of us and hoping we are beginning to come out of it.

The last 3 months has been very rough for me financially and with deep regret, I will need to now sell or close CKO Hanover. This business was a passion of my late husbands and this is not an easy decisions for me to make.

I'm reaching out to our great members current and past at this time and if you'd like to be a CKO owner I'm willing to offer you a great opportunity. We have an awesome location and our landlord is very open to helping a new franchisee take over.

Let me know if you have interest and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. I can also put you in touch with someone from CKO corporate to explain the franchise side of the business.
