New Class Alert!
Essential Strength

This class is designed to stand alone or be used in conjunction with Strength Club programming . It offers a comprehensive warmup/mobility section that includes joint health and muscle activation. You will see all seven movement patterns in the strength portion, followed by strength conditioning and a full body stretch/cool down. This class builds strength that lasts!
