Sunday and Monday classes will be back on the schedule with Muscle Pump and Gentle Yoga returning to their pre-summer start times.

Unfortunately there will be no Tuesday 11:00 Chair Yoga held tomorrow, September 8th.
There will be a makeup Chair Yoga class with Dawn at 2:30 pm on Thursday September 10th, immediately following Silver Sneakers.

There will be no classes on Sunday or Monday this week for Labor Day.
Dawn will be back for Pilates on Tuesday at 8am.
And Marcelle will be back for Muscle Pump and Silver Sneakers on Friday morning.

Monday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Friday: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Assist and welcome members with a friendly attitude

Perform basic computer and front desk tasks

Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Provide excellent customer service

Showcase the facility
